If golf does not interest the new owner the property is also well-placed for horse racing as Ascot and Windsor are nearby.

The outgoing owners bought the property in 2008 and knocked down the existing smaller house to create the new home.

‘The property was built bespoke for the clients about 12 years or so and is a lovely blend of a modern home but with a traditional feel about it.

‘It has been a family home but now the owners’ children have grown up and moved out and is they are looking to downsize.

‘The landscaped garden is beautifully screened by planting and so you can’t see golfers playing and they can’t see you.

‘But the first floor level overlooks the course so there is also a nice blend of privacy and views. The property also has its own gate on to the course itself which is obviously very convenient if you are playing.’
