Michael Conlan vs Miguel Marriaga: Date, UK start time, live stream, TV channel, undercard for featherweight fight | The Sun

MICHAEL CONLAN is back in the ring this weekend as he takes on Miguel Marriaga in the featherweight division.

Conlan was involved in a fight of the year contender with Leigh Wood back in March but ultimately lost via 12th-round knockout.

The fight will forever be etched in the memory of British fight fans because of the dramatic way it ended, when Conlan was knocked unconscious and out of the ring by Wood despite leading on the judges scorecards.

But the Northern Irishman is back – and he's ready to put himself in contention for a world title again.

In steps Marriaga, who has given the likes of Vasyl Lomachenko and Oscar Valdez rounds in the ring before.

Conlan, however, will be looking to do a job on the Colombian in his home city.

When is Conlan vs Marriaga?

  • Conlan's big clash with Marriaga will take place this weekend on Saturday, August 6.
  • The fight will be held at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
  • Ring-walks for the main event will get going from around 10.30pm UK time.

What channel is it on and can it be live streamed?

  • The bout will cost £6.50 to watch.
  • You can live stream the action from the Fite TV app, which is available for download onto your mobile or tablet device.
