WOLVES are in the hunt for James Ward-Prowse.
England star Ward-Prowse, 28, is set to leave Southampton this summer following the club’s relegation to the Championship.
West Ham, Newcastle and Aston Villa are on the free-kick specialist’s trail.
Now SunSport can exclusively reveal that Wolves are also keen.
Saints are looking around for around £40million for their homegrown star.
The midfielder has spent his whole career at St Mary’s.

Ward-Prowse has racked up a massive 409 appearances for Saints and scored 55 goals.
Seventeen of those strikes have come from free-kicks in the Premier League.
That leaves Ward-Prowse just one shy of David Beckham’s record.
Perhaps his best set-piece goal of all came at Molineux in January 2022.

That was when he launched an exocet dead-ball missile from 30 yards during a 3-1 defeat for Saints.
The ace recently hit out at his Southampton teammates for not doing enough all season following their relegation.
Skipper Ward-Prowse backed the club to bounce straight back to the Premier League, but said standards have slipped from day one this season.
Southampton have sacked two managers and suffered a club record 24 defeats with two games left to go.
Ward-Prowse said: "It's disappointing. It is a moment that has been coming.
"We knew we had put ourselves in a difficult position.
"When these things happen you go away individually and as a club and ask if you have done enough? I don't think we have. We talk about leaving things out there and ultimately that is why we are where we are now.
"Have decisions been right? Have we been good enough on the pitch? Have we done enough as a team to progress? I believe we should be performing at a better level than we have done and we have not done that on a consistent basis.
