Princess Charlotte as a goth, baby Archie as a brooding denim-clad heartthrob, and Prince George with blonde curtains – there are certainly some surprises.

Beauty discovery website www.cosmetify.com shared the images of some of the most popular royal children, explaining why they look as they do in the images.

Prince George

Age: 27

Cosmetify said: “George has been envisaged with a slicked-to-the-side blonde quiff, with hair beginning to recede, like William’s. With a nose similar to Kate’s, he also has a solid jaw and round, brown eyes.

“Grooming essentials: Travel-sized hair wax, mints and spare contact lenses.”

Princess Charlotte

Age: 25

Cosmetify said: “Charlotte has been imagined to sport dark hair like her mother but dyed darker. Her slim nose and piercing eyes remain the same, though her jaw is slightly more chiselled.

“Handbag essentials: Longwear matte lipstick, multi-purpose eight hour crème, waterproof eyeliner and eye serum.”

Prince Louis

Age: 22

Cosmetify said: “Louis has got fairer hair like William, with a squarer jaw than his brother, similar to Prince Andrew. He has slightly chubby cheeks and a similar nose shape to William, with eyes similar to Kate.

“Grooming essentials: Tweezers, anti-ageing moisturiser and tooth floss.”

“Grooming essentials: Hair spray, sensitive face moisturiser and facial wash.”

Savannah Phillips

Age: 30

Cosmetify said: “Savannah has got extremely fair hair like her mother, and is wearing it in a tight bun. Her nose and eyes take after her mother, whilst the mouth is closer to Phillip’s.

“Handbag essentials: Hair grips, lip balm and perfume.”

  • Prince George ‘already showing traits of a king’

The birth of Prince Louis pushed Prince Harry even further down the line of succession, and his reaction to moving further and further away from the crown has been revealed recently.

In her 2019 biography, ‘Harry: Conversations with the Prince’, Angela Levin spoke to Harry shortly after the birth of his niece Princess Charlotte in May 2015, and asked if he minded falling down in the succession line.

He responded: “The reason I am now fifth is because of my nephew and niece and I could never wish them away. They’re the most amazing things ever.”

At the time of Charlotte’s birth, Harry explained his own plans for the future to Sky TV: “There comes time when you think now is the time to settle down, or now is not, whatever way it is, but I don’t think you can force these things.

“It will happen when it’s going to happen. Of course I would love to have kids right now but there’s a process that one has to go through… Hopefully I’m doing all right by myself.

“It would be great to have someone else next to me to share the pressure, but you know, the time will come and whatever happens, happens.”

Prince Harry has gone on to marry American actress Meghan Markle, and the pair have one child – son Archie Harrison.

The royal children have not been seen in some time, with baby Archie not spotted in public since he joined his parents in South Africa earlier this year.
