Bride’s jumpsuit slammed by wedding shamers who brand it a ‘giant nappy’

A wedding shaming group on Facebook has slammed a woman’s wedding jumpsuit online calling it a "dumpster fire" and the "hot mess express".

The outfit was posted to the group at the weekend and has since pulled in nearly 100 likes from other members who expressed shock and horror.

The photo, which appeared to be a screenshot, showed a woman wearing a short white, lacy jumpsuit.

The outfit included a button-on long train, lacy garter and lace sleevelets.

The entire ensemble was adorned with glittering accents and the bride wore white sliders with large artificial jewels on top.

Posting the snap to the group “ That’s It I’m Wedding Shaming” the woman simply captioned the post: “Check out this beauty…”

The other members went in hard.

One woman wrote: “The whole thing is a dumpster fire.”

While another member wrote: “What in the trailer park trash is going on here?”

A third added: “Just why? Giant diapers??”

Some had much more to say with one criticising the dress’s construction, pointing out: "There is no support in the top, and it is pancaking her lady pillows.

“There is not one redeeming feature about that outfit, it is horrific.”

Another was torn and said: “I usually like the high/low hem idea, but I’m not sure the designer was awake when she did this one!”

Many of the posters took particular exception to the bride’s shoes.

One person said: “Those flip flips are just special.”

Another commented: “The shoes just made it worse.”

But despite this, more tagged friends and family to show them the “wedding slides”.

One poster didn’t seem to mind them so much when she wrote: “Loving the wedding flip flops! They are definitely a statement!”

An annoyed woman commented that “her girls did her dirty” as she believed the bride’s friends should have warned her that the clothing was not flattering.

Hey, it’s the bride’s big day right?

To each their own…
