Danielle Armstrong gives birth: TOWIE star welcomes baby girl with fiancé Tom Edney and announces name
Danielle Armstrong has welcomed her first child with her fiancé Tom Edney – a baby girl.
The 32 year old announced the birth of her daughter on Wednesday 27 May with a sweet Instagram post.
New mum Danielle posted a series of photos of her newborn daughter, including one of her wearing a white bodysuit with a Peter Pan collar and a hat with a furry bobble on top.
The tot is laying in a hospital crib with a pink and white knitted blanket placed over her. As she posted the image Danielle wrote in the caption: "My World Is Complete Orla Mae Edney Born May 26th at 16:30pm, Weighing A Healthy 8Ibs11".
Just days before she gave birth, the former TOWIE star had revealed she was a week overdue and had been told she would be induced if the tot didn't make an appearance soon.

The reality star, who recently said she feels like she's "been pregnant forever", went on her Instagram Stories to update her 1.3million followers about how she's getting on after reaching the 41 week mark.
She confessed that she will need to get an induced labour if her baby girl doesn't want to come out soon as she said: "Obviously I will be getting induced if she doesn't make an appearance in the next few days, but…
"I don't know who she thinks she is keeping everyone waiting. I mean I'm late for everything usually so maybe she does take after me. It's karma for all the times I've been late for so many things."
Danielle, who recently explained that she's tried to do everything to bring on labour naturally, went on to tell her followers that she simply isn't sure what else she can talk about other than her baby bump.
Speaking on her Instagram account earlier in May, Danielle had spoken about not going into labour: “Hello my lovelies, I have still not given birth. It's so funny, if I have one or two days not posting on social media, my DMs are like: 'have you gone into labour?'
"Even people I know are messaging my mum, messaging me saying: 'you've gone quiet, have you gone into labour?'"

As she cradled her gorgeous bump, the former TOWIE star continued: “No I haven't given birth, she's still here, I think she's gonna be really comfortable in there.”
Revealing she thinks her daughter’s arrival is imminent, she added: “I think she's gonna come this weekend though.
Danielle then panned the camera to her fiance Tom Edney and asked him his thoughts on their daughter's arrival date, as he responded: "I've always said the 20th."
The stunning blonde celebrated turning 32 in lockdown on Sunday 3 May and was forced to have a more low-key birthday compared to previous years.
Danielle announced her pregnancy in November last year, months after confirming her romance with longtime friend Tom.
The reality star broke the news as she shared four sweet images of herself and Tom snuggling together and holding up a picture of an ultrasound on her Instagram.

Writing at the bottom of the snap then read: “Due May 2020,” before Danielle gushed in the caption: “The Best Part Of Us Will Be You,” followed by a baby emoji, pink heart emoji and blue heart emoji.
The pair got engaged during a babymoon to Dubai, with Danielle sharing an image of the couple on a boat with her 1.2million followers as she wrote: "Feel Like The Luckiest Girl In The World Right Now… I SAID YES."
