'Severely autistic' five-year-old boy who ran away from school in North London is found safe and well

A BOY aged five with severe autism has been found after running away from school this morning.

Nicholas was last seen on Oakleigh Park South in Whetstone, North London.

Police tweeted an urgent appeal but he has now been found safe and well.

MPS Barnet originally tweeted at 9.30am: "HIGH RISK MISSING CHILD

"Police are actively looking for Nicholas, 5 years old, who is severely autistic and has run away from his school in the last 20 mins."

They later added: "Thank you very much to everyone who shared our High Risk #missingperson tweet for Nicholas this morning.

"He's been found safe and well."
