Manhattan’s Javitz Center may have broken a single-day record for doling out COVID-19 vaccines after the operation went 24-hours this week, Gov. Andrew Cuomo declared Sunday.

The mass vaccination hub in Hell’s Kitchen administered 13,432 shots on Saturday alone, Cuomo said.

“We believe that is the largest number of vaccines ever delivered in the country, in a single day,” Cuomo said during a conference call with reporters.

The overnight appointments began Friday evening as part of a pilot program to distribute the newly-approved Johnson & Johnson’s one-dose vaccine.

Yankee Stadium in the Bronx and the State Fair site in Syracuse have also switched over last week to 24-hour vaccination sites.

“This is because this week, we have a one-time, additional vaccine bonus from Johnson and Johnson, but you’re going to see the numbers continue to ramp up,” Cuomo said.

Cuomo said officials were “worried” that no one would venture out for a vaccine appointment in the middle of the night.

“When we opened the nighttime hours, they were filled in six or seven hours — thousands of appointments, which is good news because it means people are ready to take the vaccine,” Cuomo said.

The Empire State is planning to open more mass vaccination and 24-hour sites, Cuomo said.

He said the state is also on track to administer its highest number of vaccines this week.

“We’re going to do about 850,000 vaccines this week which we believe is going to be an all-time record for us,” he said.

The US on Friday also passed its daily record for administering coronavirus vaccines — with nearly 2.4 million jabs, USA Today reported.
