Footage shows burglars who broke into billionaire Don Ghermezian’s mansion

Four hooded thieves are being sought in the burglary of a billionaire mall tycoon’s city mansion, cops said Tuesday.

New footage was released by the NYPD late Monday night shows the burglars walking on the street in the high-end Bronx neighborhood.

The thieves broke into the multi-million-dollar Riverdale mansion on Grosvenor Avenue through a rear balcony door around 5:15 p.m. Saturday and made off with jewelry and 30 handbags valued at $140,000, police and sources said.

The home is owned by Don Ghermezian, the CEO of Triple Five Group, which just opened the long-stalled The American Dream mall in New Jersey.
