Who is Sue Cleaver?
Sue Cleaver is a British actress from Watford who was born on September 2, 1963.
She studied at the Manchester Metropolitan School of Theatre and earned her first TV role in an episode of A Touch of Frost.
Away from the cameras, Sue is also a trainee psychotherapist.
The comments from many co-stars on how good of a listener she is, urged her to take this career path alongside her acting career.
She is also a patron of the When You Wish Upon a Star charity.
This charity aims at making the dreams of children with threatening illnesses come true.

Who does Sue Cleaver play in Coronation Street?
Sue Cleaver has been portraying the role of Eileen Grimshaw on Coronation Street since 2000.
She took a short break from the role in 2018, however she came back to keep playing the role of Eileen whose a single mum to Jason and Todd.
Eileen gets herself involved in several relationships thanks to her down-to-earth personality.
Throughout the series, she has been in a continuous feud with Gail Platt, who is played by Helen Worth.

In 1998, she had the role of Standish on The Cops and a year after she took on the role of Glenda, the bread delivery woman, on comedy show Dinnerladies.
She also appeared as PC Sylvia Holland in This Is Personal: The Hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper in 2000.
