The Masked Singer UK 2020: Who is the Hedgehog?
ITV series The Masked Singer launched last weekend and proved popular with audiences. The show sees a roster of masked celebrities performing a song with a panel of judges trying to guess their identity. The Masked Singer continues tonight (Saturday, January 12) on ITV at 7pm and will be airing weekly after its double bill.
So far, two celebrities out of the 12 have been unmasked: EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer and MP Alan Johnson.
The show will be airing weekly from now on and each episode will see the characters unmasked until the winner is revealed.
The Masked Singer is more than just a talent competition with the guessing element giving it the edge.
The panellists trying to figure out the stars are Rita Ora, Hollywood star Ken Jeong, Jonathan Ross and Davina McCall.

Speaking about the series, Crazy Rich Asians and The Hangover actor Jeong said: “The Masked Singer is four game shows rolled into one.
“It’s part Pop Idol, part The Voice, part Dancing With The Stars, and a little big vintage What’s My Line. There is nothing else like it.”
He’s also taken part in the US edition of the show which originally started off in Asia.
On the differences between the American and British versions of The Masked Singer, he said: “I have always wanted to do a show in the U.K. and the offer to be a part of the U.K. Masked Singer was too good to pass up.
“What’s remarkable about the U.K. Masked Singer is how similar the dynamics are than what’s obviously different.”
Who is the Hedgehog on The Masked Singer UK 2020?
During the show, the Hedgehog gave some clues as he informed viewers: “I’m quite a homely creature.
“Although most often than not, I’m active at night. Of course, I am, I’m a hedgehog.
“Am I a prickly character? I don’t think so. I’m more introverted than people might expect but I’m very friendly.”
He went on to say: “My natural habitat is being on stage. I love it. Hedgehogs usually like to hibernate for half of the year but not me, I like to stay busy.
