The Masked Singer fans beg for Nicola Roberts to replace Rita Ora as judge
Fans of The Masked Singer have urged for ITV to make Nicola Roberts a "permanent" judge and replace Rita Ora.
Nicola, 35, won the first series of the popular TV show in 2020 and returned for the final of season two.
The Girls Aloud star sat on the panel as a guest judge alongside Rita as well as Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan.
Fans were delighted to see Nicola back on their TV screens to the point where they have decided they want her to become a permanent judge.
One person tweeted: "So we’re all agreed that Nicola Roberts needs a permanent space on the #MaskedSingerUK panel yeah? Make it happen @ITV."
Another viewer posted: "Can Nicola be made a permanent judge please #MaskedSingerUK."
A third added: "Best thing for #MaskedSingerUK next year is less Rita Ora, and more Nicola Roberts and/or Matt Lucas."
A fourth fan tweeted: "Things to take from tonight. I want to see joss stone have a revival of her career, hopefully Rita doesn’t give a restaurant £10,000 for the wrap party and replace Rita for Nicola for next series please #MaskedSingerUK."

Nicola looked stunning in a pale pink sequin minidress which allowed her to show off her slender pins.
The pretty pop star wore her red locks up in a chic bun and completed her look with a pair of strappy heels.
Nicola looked absolutely gobsmacked as Badger was revealed to be US singer Ne-Yo.
After Ne-Yo was unmasked, she took to Twitter and posted: "I love you so much badger @NeYoCompound," followed by heart emojis, after correctly guessing it was him.
ITV have already confirmed that Rita will not be joining the other three judges on The Masked Dancer when it kicks off later this year.
Reports claims the Bang Bang songstress was dropped amid backlash from her illegal 30th birthday party, however, Rita is actually simply not able to make filming.
She is currently Down Under after bagging herself a judging role on The Voice Australia.
Rita is then slated to fly to Asia to shoot a new film.
