The Fall of the House of Usher is coming out this week but when is the release time for the horror drama?

Netflix is introducing another horror series to its extensive library of shows, once again coming from creator Mike Flanagan who is behind The Haunting franchise.

While The Fall isn’t part of the same anthology series, it still radiates disturbing vibes that his fans love and just in time for Halloween.

When is the release time for The Fall of the House of Usher?

The Fall of the House of Usher is going to be out on Thursday, October 12, on Netflix.

What time subscribers will be able to delve into the show does depend on where you are geographically.

No matter where you are, The Fall of the House of Usher is going to drop at the same moment, with just the time differing due to the world being split into various time zones.

As Netflix is based in California, timewise, the drama will drop there first at midnight PST (Pacific Standard Time).

If you reside along the east coast, then you can expect The Fall to be released at 3am EST (Eastern Standard Time).

UK subscribers will also be treated to the episodes from 8am BST (British Standard Time) on the same release date.

The rest of Europe runs about an hour behind the UK so these fans can expect it to be out around 9am on October 12.

Much like The Haunting franchise, which is based on the work of Shirley Jackson and Henry James, the basic plot of The Fall comes from writer Edgar Allan Poe.

It was originally a short story first published in 1839 but, of course, has been updated and given a darker twist by Flanagan.

And going by its premise, it will certainly give Netflix viewers the creeps when it does drop.
