Strictly 2020: Neil Jones' girlfriend 'breaks lockdown' putting show at risk

Strictly Come Dancing star Neil Jones’ girlfriend appeared to ‘break lockdown rules’ by going to a party at the weekend, it’s been reported.

Luisa Eusse, who is also a professional dancer, reportedly went to a fancy dress party with up to eight other people.

Videos of the 23-year-old, which have since been deleted from social media, apparently showed Luisa dressed in a cow outfit, ‘kissing and spraying champagne’.

‘Whatever Luisa exposes herself to, she essentially exposes Neil to,’ a source began.

‘He was at the studio on Saturday night, so heaven forbid if he was asymptomatic and carrying the virus.’

‘He could inadvertently bring the whole show down,’ they added to The Sun.

According to the publication, last night Neil claimed the social media posts were ‘throwbacks’, but he did not specify when they were taken.

It comes after Neil’s ex-wife Katya Jones tested positive for coronavirus.

Katya and boxer Nicola Adams were pulled out of the competition and were forced to self-isolate for two weeks after Katya contracted the virus.

Despite their departure, last week Nicola confirmed that she and Katya would be back to take part in the finale.

Strictly bosses have put strict safety measures in place and if any of the cast test positive for the virus, they must leave the series.

During the summer all the professional dancers and some crew self isolated for two weeks and were tested twice for coronavirus during that time.

They then all moved into a hotel together and were able to safely live and work together as one household.

The hotel was exclusively taken over by our Strictly team and had strict Covid protocols of its own.

Metro.co.uk has reached out to Neil Jones’ rep and the BBC for comment.

Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 7.15pm on BBC One.
