Stephanie Davis' ex Sam Reece lands Emmerdale role as a randy B&B guest kicked out for romping in the shower
STEPHANIE Davis' ex-boyfriend Sam Reece has landed a role on Emmerdale.
The model – who was infamously dumped by Stephanie during her ill-fated appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 – will appear as a randy hotel guest who gets kicked out of the B&B for romping in the shower with his older lover, The Sun Online can reveal.
A source said: "Sam's really excited about his role.
"It's only a small part but he's moving in the right direction and things are going really well. This could be the start of something big for him."
His role was being kept a secret with only the back of Sam's head appearing in spoiler pictures released by the soap.
Sam was left humiliated by his ex-girlfriend publicly cheating on him in the Channel 5 reality show with Jeremy McConnell.
Actress Stephanie had her career left in tatters after appearing on the show following her high profile sacking from Hollyoaks the year before.
She later embarked on a tumultuous relationship with Jeremy McConnell which saw abuse allegations made and nasty public spats.
The pair welcomed their son Caben-Albi in 2017 before finally splitting and going their separate ways.
Since then Stephanie went to rehab, revealed she is an alcoholic and has been sober for two years.
Her career comeback also saw her make a high profile return to Hollyoaks which has won her huge praise from fans and critics alike.
Stephanie's character, Sinead O'Connor, will embark on one of her most high profile storylines to date when she is raped by her husband Laurie Shelby next week.
The nurse will then be subject to further abuse by the evil deputy head teacher when he manipulates her into believing the rape never happened.
