Spoilers: Emmerdale's Chas tells Cain to kill Jamie as Belle ends up in hospital

Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) ended up in hospital in Emmerdale tonight (November 18), and with Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) responsible for such a thing, Chas (Lucy Pargeter) instructed Cain (Jeff Hordley) to seek revenge.

Viewers will know that Belle vanished amid Tracy Metcalfe (Amy Walsh) and Nate Robinson’s (Jurell Carter) gender reveal party.

The young woman had been hearing voices in her head — primarily that of mum Lisa (Jane Cox). Additionally, she started to hallucinate visions of Jamie.

Belle headed into the woods with a cake knife, as ‘Jamie’ followed, and in tonight’s episode, she ended up in Home Farm. However, when she realised that Jamie wasn’t there, she returned home. 

A worried Tracy confronted her, but Belle — unable to tell what was real and what was not — could only see Jamie before her very eyes. 

Tracy managed to convince her that she wasn’t Jamie, and therefore Belle dropped the knife. 

She was taken to hospital, where a fuming Chas instructed Cain to get revenge on behalf of his sister.

Cain ultimately decided to do just that, and therefore headed off.
