Sandra Bullock selling beach house in Georgia for £4.9million with private beach 'perfect for watching dolphins'

SANDRA Bullock has put her stunning beach front house on the market and for £4.9million you could snap it up along with almost everything inside it too.

The Oscar-winning actress’s property comprises of a 3,360-square-foot main house with a gourmet kitchen, screened porches, a home gym, a basketball court, a pool and a private beach entrance.

Listed on March 18, it is the most expensive on Tybee Island – around 18 miles east of Savannah, Georgia.

Set on an almost-3-acre beachfront, the property comes with all the furnishings with the exception of a few personal items.

According to the listing, the 2,848-square-foot guest house is an example of “beach bum life at its best.”

The four-bedroom main house is airy and has a double-height living room with a fireplace and a spacious adjoining dining area.

Sandra’s casually upscale kitchen features a raised snack bar with butcher block counter tops.

New owners will be able to keep fit in the property’s home gym, which also features a roomy recreation room with ping-pong and air hockey tables.
