Sam Faiers' son Paul celebrates 3rd birthday with England manager Gareth Southgate – but he doesn't look happy about it
But, unlike his dad, Paul Knightley, the tot, who turned three yesterday, didn't look like he was enjoying the football manager's company.
Big Paul took to Instagram to share the snap with his followers, which shows him holding his son as they pose alongside Gareth in front of the stunning ocean backdrop.
He captioned the photo: "And we met England manager on Paul's bday"- followed by an England flag and three lions.
Clearly getting in the football spirit after his meeting, Sam's boyfriend later shared a snap of him watching the Arsenal game on holiday.
"Paul's asleep time for some football come on Arsenal," he wrote as he cheered along the North London team.
The Mummy Diaries star Sam, 27, is currently holidaying in the Maldives with her children Paul, three, Rosie, one, boyfriend Paul, his mum Gaynor and her mum Suzie.
Sam flew to the Maldives a few weeks ago, where she has been sharing several snaps and videos from the family holiday, including photos with Rita Ora and Jaime Winstone.
Earlier this week, the mum-of-two revealed that she was not giving her children Christmas presents this year – and has donated the money to charity instead.
She told Closer magazine: “This year, the money I would have spent on Rosie and Paul I’m actually going to donate to charity.
“My kids are so fortunate – they get everything they want and brands are always gifting them things. You have to make sure they don’t expect that all the time. I’m not about giving them hundreds of presents – I want them to grow up appreciating what they have.”
Sam and Paul decided to go away to celebrate his mum Gaynor’s 60th birthday with a luxurious trip to the Maldives and while Sam was excited about the trip, she admitted she'll miss her close knit family.
Back in England, Sam's sister Billie, her fiance Greg Shepherd and their children Nelly and Arthur celebrated Christmas at home.
