Rylan Clark sends Big Brother fans crazy as he posts biggest clue yet that the show will return

The TV presenter, 33, shared a photo of a personalised key with the words: "Big Brother" and "Rylan" engraved onto it.

Insiders said the popular presenter put himself front and centre with producers and messaged a handful of them about the returning series when The Sun broke the story last month.

Rylan won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013 went on to host the show’s spin off Bit On The Side in that year following his success.

“Rylan is really current and has a huge following, plus his love of Big Brother makes him the ultimate fan. There really is no one better placed to take it on.”

The celebrity version of Big Brother ended in September 2018, with the final ever civilian series starting just days after it finished.

As well as his work on Bit On The Side, Rylan also hosted the Big Brother: Best Shows Ever on E4 with Davina in June 2020.

Rylan has made no secret of his desire to front the show ever since it ended and has regularly called for it to return.

He said in January: “Big Brother was like a child to me – doing Big Brother's Bit on the Side every night became like a lifestyle rather than a job.

“Big Brother changed my life completely – a proper 360 – and I miss it dearly and I just think if it was to come back now, it could come back the same but so different now.”
