Robbie Williams denies he's had botox after trolls 'call him out'

ROBBIE Williams has denied he's had more botox after fans commented on his fresh face.

The ex-Take That member, whose album The Christmas Present comes out today, admitted to having the wrinkle-reducing procedure over two years ago – but insisted it has "run out".

He told Good Morning Britain on Friday: "A person contacted me on Instagram and said, 'Oh don't you look smooth. How much botox have you had done?'

"I said 'thank you, none!' It's all fallen out now.

"If you live in Los Angeles long enough you'll eventually get something done."

Robbie, 44, is preparing to battle it out with Coldplay over this year’s Christmas No1 spot and will perform tracks from his new album at Radio 2 In Concert next week.

The music icons are set for the biggest chart battle of the year on Friday when they each release new albums — Coldplay with Everyday Life and Robbie with his festive collection The Christmas Present.

Speaking to The Sun about the record, Robbie said: "There have been none in ages. Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas Is You was in 1994 and The Darkness did Christmas Time (Don’t Let the Bells End) in 2003. Michael Bublé had a huge album but no Christmas hit singles.”

Williams asked Fury to be on the record when he was in his dressing room before a fight.

"He didn’t just connect with Fury because of his love of boxing but also because of how the Gypsy King helps people through his mental health charity work.

Williams adds: “He’s doing great things helping people. He is the hardest man on the planet — he’s 6ft 9in, tough as f*** and yet really vulnerable."

They are both doing everything in their power to make sure they succeed.

Robbie has already spent a month promoting the album in interviews and has dedicated several hours to doing live broad-casts on Instagram.

He guaranteed fans they will receive a signed copy if they order the CD from his website.

On Saturday night alone, he spent two and a half hours talking to fans about the album.

A charts source said: “Coldplay and Robbie are both massive forces when it comes to selling albums so the numbers they will shift next week will be huge.

“They have strong track records and very dedicated fanbases who will fight for their act to get to No1."

“The good he is doing by talking about his frailties as a human being is incredibly commendable. We are similar in many ways because we’ve both donned superhero capes and projected a character on to the world and that is not who we really are.”
