REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna joked that she’s running for president in 2020 under the slogan ‘own it’

Her tweet came just one day after the rapper Kanye West announced he was entering the race against Donald Trump and Joe Biden.

In true Lisa Rinna fashion, the former actress took to Instagram to playfully announce she was going up against the rapper this November.

The housewife shared a poster of her RHOBH portrait with the American flag in the background, which read: "Rinna 2020."

She also shared that her slogan would be "Own It" and her post's caption read: "#RinnaForPresident #Rinna2020."

The wife of Harry Hamlin finished the post off with a laughing emoji to show she was joking.

Her joke was met with comments of supports as many celebs swarmed her post.

Designer Marc Jacobs quickly shared: "Wouldn't surprise me at all," and Jillian Dempsey – Patrick Dempsey's wife – gave her a hand's up emoji.

Fellow RHOBH cast member Sutton Stracke also commented and said: "Can I be your social secretary?"

And even her daughter, model Amelia Hamlin, supported her mom and wrote: "I'd for anyone that isn't Trump, so yeah I'm for it."

Lisa's post comes just one day after Kanye West announced he was running for president this year.

Kanye tweeted on the Fourth of July: “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future.

“I am running for president of the United States Flag of United States!”

Elon Musk, 49, soon replied, telling Ye: “You have my full support!”

Kim, 39, is also standing by her husband's decision as he tries to take on the monumental task of being the next President of the United States.

"Kanye has been planning this for years and Kim has known about his aspirations and has been supportive," a source told Us Weekly on Sunday.

"Kanye is passionate about arts and education and wants to support in any way he can."

This isn’t the first time Kim’s husband has brought up the idea of running for United States president.

He first mentioned it in 2016 during his acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards.

He told his fellow artists at the event and all the viewers at home: "I don't know what I fittin' to lose after this.

"It don't matter, though; It's not about me.

“It's about ideas. New ideas. People with ideas. People who believe in truth.

“And yes, as you probably could've guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president."
