Peter Andre’s son Junior tears up over dad’s heartfelt birthday card as he turns 15 with huge haul of presents – The Sun
PETER Andre’s son Junior got emotional after reading a heartfelt birthday card from his dad as he turned 15.
The teenager was handed a huge haul of presents and a handwritten note from Pete, which made him wipe away the tears.
LIFE With The Andres is on Wednesdays and Sundays from 7.30pm at youtube.com/thesun.
Filming the special moment for the family's reality show Life With The Andres, Junior was seen opening his birthday card.
"You are becoming a man," said Junior as he read out his dad's touching message.
"It makes me so proud to be your dad.
"You are caring and loving.
"Thank you for being a wonderful son.
"Happy birthday, J. Love dad."
Junior got £500 worth of gifts for his 15th birthday – but Pete and step-mum Emily clashed over how much to spend on the kids.
Peter and Emily are parents to six-year-old Amelia and three-year-old Theo, with Peter also sharing Junior and 12-year-old Princess with ex-wife Katie Price.
In The Sun's latest episode of Life With The Andres, the 30-year-old GP confessed she wouldn't splash as much cash on the children she shares with the 47-year-old singer.
Junior was delighted as he unwrapped a limited edition jumper, Nike trainers, and a Playstation VR among his presents – with the latter costing around £300.
Pete said: "I just want to spoil him a bit, he's a good boy and he's got his GCSEs next year.
"Me and Emily have completely different views on this, she's like, you don't buy kids expensive stuff, you just buy them something thoughtful because otherwise they expect it.
"I understand that in a way, and she said, 'I hope you don't mind but with Millie and Theo I won't do that', and I said well that's up to you.
"But if they expect it and demand it they can forget it, but the way Junior approached this made me want to get all of this for him, and I know he's not expecting it.
"He will be hoping for just one of these."
The Mysterious Girl singer last week revealed he is doubling the length of his new reality show after smashing ratings for the new Sun series.
The YouTube show takes fans inside the hustle and bustle of the Andre household, warts and all, as Peter and Emily share difficult parenting decisions and even how they co-parent his eldest kids with Katie.
