Our Yorkshire Vet is set to return to Channel 5 tomorrow with a brand new series of the farming documentary. The Owen family will be back, giving viewers an insight into living and working on their family farm. In an upcoming episode, Amanda and Clive trawl through mounds of snow to try to find their pregnant flock of sheep as they battle the harsh winter weather.
Standing in deep snow, Clive exclaims: “No sign of any sheep, no sign of any tracks, no movement whatsoever….”
“Do you think they’re buried?” a worried Amanda replies before Clive reassures her and says: “No, no, I don’t think they’re underneath.”
With the snow being significantly thick, the family’s terrain vehicles proved to be useless, which meant they had to conduct their search on foot.
Noticing her husband stuck, Amanda said: “It’s hard going, isn’t it? I think you’re in a bog, actually,” with Clive agreeing: “I am, oh.”

“It’s going to be minus seven (degrees) tonight, so it’ll freeze it,” Amanda explained as Clive agreed and suggested they get out on the bike the next day.
Amanda jokes that Clive needed some new shoes to walk to the snow, with Clive laughing: “My new hip didn’t bargain for this, no, nobody told it about this.”
The sheep were lost in the frozen wilderness, and the couple began to worry that the pregnant ones weren’t going to make it through the night.
In the new series of their documentary, Clive also opens up about his health and how it affects his ability to work on the farm.
In previous episodes of the show, viewers saw the couple’s children take on extra responsibilities on the farm after Clive recovered from his hip replacement.
But could Clive’s health woes result in him taking a backseat in the upcoming series?
Viewers of the show were excited at the announcement of the new series, with many taking to Twitter to express their delight.

In previous episodes of the show, viewers saw the couple’s children take on extra responsibilities on the farm after Clive recovered from his hip replacement.

After a homeschool period, the family prepares for their children to return to school, with Clive bidding farewell to his children.
Amanda is also seen watching her two daughters deliver a lamb, with her commenting: “That was a bit stressful, teamwork….”
With Nancy concluding: “Makes the dream work,” as the family move to herd up their flock.
