Michelle Keegan stuns in black gym gear as she works out after Brassic filming

MICHELLE Keegan looked stunning in simple black gym gear as she worked out after filming scenes for Brassic.

The actress wore a tank top and leggings in the mirror selfie, with her long brunette hair worn half up in a scrunchie.

Michelle, 34, captioned the candid Tuesday evening snap, showing a bottle of water in the background, with the day and date.

The star is currently filming scenes for the fourth series of Sky One's Brassic, after the comedy recently returned to television screens.

The former Coronation Street star is no stranger to working out and makes regular visits to the gym, often documenting her outfits on social media.

She previously joked that she gets "dragged out of bed kicking and screaming" first, as she shared an Instagram reel of herself doing squats and lying back on a mat working on her well-defined abs.

Michelle – who recently launched a fitness clothing brand with her personal trainer husband Mark Wright, 34 – also admits she breaks all the golden dieting rules.

Earlier this month, the Our Girl favourite confessed to having custard creams for breakfast.

Speaking on the Off Menu podcast, she said: “I am a massive, massive foodie. Food for me is life. From the moment I wake up to the time I go to bed, I’m thinking about my food. The first thought for me when I wake up? Cup of tea. Biscuits.

“For us northerners, it’s tea and biscuits in the morning — you have like a rich tea or a custard cream. It’s fantastic. It wakes my tastebuds up.

"Then I go for the savoury option. Always start with the sweet, then we go to the savoury.”

The beauty appears to have been helped along by hubby Mark's workouts, which kept her fit during lockdown.

The Heart Radio star shared a clip of Michelle and his sister Natalya breaking a sweat as they followed one of the Train Wright routines from his fitness app.

The pair were pushed to their limits by fitness trainer Mark who gave the ladies some motivational words of encouragement.
