Love Island’s Gabby Allen admits trolls make her ‘sit in room and cry all day’

Love Island babe Gabby Allen has opened up about how she deals with online trolling since leaving the famous villa.

The Liverpool beauty, 26, shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2018 alongside and was one of the stand-out stars of the third series.

Gabby reached the grand final alongside partner Marcel Somerville but the pair later went their separate ways after the show ended following allegations that the Blazin Squad member had cheated on the blonde bombshell.

Speaking to Daily Star Online about receiving negative messages since leaving the Spanish villa, Gabby revealed: "When I first came out [of the villa] I was really taken aback by the extent of trolling.

"As the show gets bigger, the trolling will probably get worse."

Gabby went on to share that she has her own copying mechanism on how she deals with online abuse.

"I screenshot and send the negative stuff to my mates and laugh it off as a way of dealing with it," she said.

"I send my friends some things and I'm like 'do I really have a big forehead?' and they are like 'What are you talking about?'."

"90 per cent of comments are good and 10 per cent of it is bad so I focus on the good."

Despite being in the public eye for almost two years, Gabby says that some of the horrible comments she receives still affects her and leaves her upset.

"Be yourself. I'd even say to myself if I was going in again, don't worry about what everyone else is thinking."

Gabby went on to star in Celebrity Big Brother after rising to fame on the ITV2 dating show.

Speaking about her time in the house, Gabby said: "It was completely different to Love Island as you didn't see anyone else for the whole time you were in there.

"I think it did run its course.

"I worry that there will be too many series of Love Island in the end which will ruin it."
