Loose Women’s Nadia Sawalha brands herself ‘unrecognisable’ in throwback snap

Loose Women 's Nadia Sawalha sent her followers wild as she shared an old picture of herself cooking in the kitchen.

The Loose Women cast member looked at the camera as she chopped up a cucumber in the old snap, as fans commented on how different she looked.

Nadia, 54, sported much shorter hair in the gorgeous picture as she donned a plunging red and black dress with a floral print.

She captioned the picture: "Oh my LORDY! Look what Mark found ! As he said – I look slightly psychotic chopping into that cucumber (what was I suggesting????) anyway …family food has been important to me since the year DOT!

"Whether it was mum Nadim cooking for me … or me cooking for my little darlings Maddie, Kiki-Bee, Isobel and Fleur… I basically can ALWAYS be found with either a knife or a cucumber in my hand … and sometimes both!!

"Look at my SKIN! Look at my HAIR!!! Look at my FIGURE!!! I don’t recognise myself I look like an alien!!"

The comments poured in to compliment Nadia, as one posted: "Still as beautiful today as you are here."

Another added: "Beautiful as always."

A third chipped in: "Still gorgeous inside out."

A fourth wrote: "You are still a beautiful woman Nadia."

Meanwhile, Nadia isn't the only Loose Women panellist to show off a throwback snap recently.

Viewers were stunned as an old picture of Ruth Langsford was aired on the show last week, showing her presenting on the news.

Looking fresh-faced and rocking long hair, Ruth looked worlds away from her current self.
