Loose Women’s Kaye Adams insults Carol McGiffin over age in brutal dig

Loose Women stars are known for having opinionated views and pushing boundaries.

And Kaye Adams pushed them to the limit today as she hosted the Loose Women today alongside Stacey Soloman, Carol McGiffin and Kelle Bryan.

The ladies opened the show with a discussion about whether older people should be given a seat on the train.

And Kaye, used the topic to make a brutal dig at Carol, 59.

Kaye, 56, asked: "Should we give elderly people, like Carol a seat?"

Carol looked shocked as she exclaimed: "Oh, it's already started."

During the discussion Carol said she would give up a seat for an elderly person.

However, she said she wouldn't for a pregnant person as "they're not sick, just pregnant".

Some viewers were fuming over this, with one exclaiming: "Some viewers were fuming over this, with one exclaiming: "Oh my God, I could swing for Carol. Boils my blood when people say this, especially as I'm 20 weeks in to a difficult pregnancy and still throwing up all day every day. Pregnancy is definitely not a walk in the park."

However, another added: "Completely agree with Carol. Getting pregnant is a choice, getting old is not."

When talking about age, Carol also admitting comparing herself to other woman her age.

She confessed she thought she looked "shocking" compared to some of her peers.

Meanwhile Kaye admitted that she lied about her age.

Carol also said she had edited her Wikipedia page to make herself younger.
