Lea Michele is in ‘total shock’ but working on her ‘behavioral issues’ after multiple bullying accusations – The Sun

LEA Michele is reportedly in “total shock” following the immense amount of backlash she’s received after several former co-stars accused her of “bullying” them.

Multiple people have come forward in the past week with similar accounts of how the 33-year-old Glee star made their lives “a living hell.”

An insider revealed to Page Six that Lea has had a “real wake-up call” after the brutal allegations.

“It’s never easy to hear people speak about you this way. It’s a total shock,” the source said.

Someone who worked with her in the past added: “Lea was a b***h to a lot of people who are now taking the opportunity to come forward.

“She may not be the nicest person, but she’s not racist, sexist or transphobic.

“I would say she has behavioral issues that she’s dealing with.

“She is listening, she hears what everyone says and wants to apologize.

“This is her past and she wants to handle things responsibly,” the ex colleague said.

Last week, Lea’s African-American Glee co-star, Samantha Ware, 28, accused the Broadway star of making her life "a living hell" on-set.

Samantha, who played Jane Hayward on the sixth season of the musical series in 2015, blasted the show’s main star after she posted about the death of George Floyd.

She responded to her tweet: "Remember when you made my first television gig a living hell?!?!…

"Cause I'll never forget… I believe you told everyone that if you had the opportunity you would 's*** in my wig!' amongst other traumatic microaggressions that made me question a career in Hollywood.”

Former Glee co-stars jumped to Samantha’s defense including Alex Newell, Amber Riley and Dabier Snell.

Soon after the accusation was posted, the Golden Globe nominee lost her sponsorship with Hello Fresh.

The meal-kit company tweeted: “HelloFresh does not condone racism nor discrimination of any kind.

“We are disheartened and disappointed to learn of the recent claims concerning Lea Michele.

“We take this very seriously, and have ended our partnership with Lea Michele, effective immediately.”

In the days that followed, Lea was met with with a trail of other allegations that slammed her behavior.

African-American talent Imia Edwards, who was on Glee in 2015, exclusively told The Sun Lea branded extras "cockroaches" on-set and refused eye contact.

"She walked by me and burped in my face, this loud burp, directly almost face-to-face, it wasn't even like, 'oh she wouldn't have known…' she knew she burped in my face,” Imia exclaimed.

Transgender model, Plastic Martyr, exclusively told The Sun Lea made her "feel like a circus freak” at the 2010 Emmy Awards.

One day later, Disney star and The Voice alum Jordan Pruitt, 29, said the mom-to-be is a “horrible human being.”

“She is a b***h to everyone. We all know it… yawn. Moving on,” the singer tweeted.

In response to the backlash, Lea shared a lengthy statement apologizing for her behavior, despite admitting she didn't "remember" the incidents and denied judging anybody by "the color of their skin."
