Kim Kardashian looks incredible in snakeskin print dress for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

The reality TV starlet sizzled in the shimmering ensemble as she arrived at the studio at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York on Thursday.

During the show, she opened up about how she is preparing to welcome baby number four.

Kim and her husband Kanye are expecting the newest addition to their brood via surrogacy after her struggles with fertility issues.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia – a rare condition that only affects a few women – during her first pregnancy with North West.

This condition can lead to serious complications for both mother and baby, so Kim’s doctors recommended that she induce labour early to avoid further complications.

She had to deliver North West at just 34 weeks – six weeks early – but it unfortunately didn’t go very smoothly.

Immediately after giving birth, Kim was struck with a life-threatening condition called placenta accreta.

She made the brave decision to carry her second child, Saint West.

But unfortunately the birth was marred by more complications and her baby was breech, a condition where the baby is turned the wrong way around in the womb.

During the Tonight Show, Kim said she was feeling much more “calm” about her fourth child.

"I heard that parents of four are the most enlightened and calm of all parents," she told Jimmy, according to E!
She opened up about how she felt a “huge change” when they welcomed baby number two.

"I felt the huge change—from 1 to 2 felt like 1 to 20," Kim confessed. "That was harder than 2 to 3, for me!"

Kim said she hopes being a mum-of-four will be "really even."

"Right now, it's like me with two always and Kanye just has one," Kris Jenner's daughter quips. "So he's just like still living his life and I'm, ya know."
