Kim Kardashian IMMEDIATELY filed to become legally single from Kanye West after he 'embarrassed her' with concert pleas

KIM Kardashian immediately filed to become legally single from Kanye West after he "embarrassed her" with concert pleas.

After Kanye begged for her to "run right back" to him, Kim promptly filed paperwork to drop West from her last name.

At the start of this year, Kim, 41, started to file divorce from Kanye, but the two still aren't officially single yet, despite Kim's romance heating up with Pete Davidson.

An insider confessed to Hollywood Life: "This is absolutely true regarding Kim filing documents to become legally single and change her last name back to just Kardashian."

The source continued to say that Kim met her final straw after Kanye's concert with Drake this past Thursday night.

They reported it was "as soon as he put her on the spot and embarrassed her in front of their kids and her family by saying, 'Run back to me Kimberly.'"

Kim was present at the show with her kids Saint, 6, and North, 8, along with Kendall Jenner.

The insider said Kim "needed to take action right away" and called her lawyer.

They said: "She didn't see any other choice. Kanye is not only upsetting Kim and her family, but he is confusing their children with the things he is saying her."

Hollywood Life's source said that with Kim's children getting older they can now "understand what he's saying and what is going on."

By becoming legally single, Kim's marital status can change while she and Ye continue to work on the other details of their divorce: things like child custody and property division.

The mother of four reportedly also asked to drop the name West and return just to her maiden name, Kardashian, despite a source announcing over the summer that Kim had no plans to change her name.

In October of 2021, Kim purchased the home she and Ye had shared with their children, in a buyout for around $23million.https://7d0c99e0cdf22c0800e6f02edab6e9ec.safeframe.googlesyndication.com/safeframe/1-0-38/html/container.html

Kanye took the route of changing his name before Kim, legally becoming "Ye" after a judge approved his August 24, 2021 request.

'DISSO QUEEN'

A divorce specialist known for her experiences with celebrity marriages, Laura Wasser has been nicknamed the "Disso Queen." Disso, meaning marriage dissolution.

She is also responsible for helping Kim divorce her second husband, Kris Humphries, back in 2011.

Wasser is the managing partner at Wasser Cooperman & Mandles, a family law firm.

The 53-year-old lawyer is the founder of online divorce service known as It's Over Easy.

The Los Angeles-based attorney is the host of two podcasts: All's Fair with Laura Wasser and Divorce Sucks with Laura Wasser.

LAST STRAW

On October 9, 2021, Kim hosted Saturday Night Live and in her monologue shared a glimpse as to why she decided to divorce Kanye West.

The star said: "So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to one thing – his personality.

"I know it sounds mean, but people keep telling me that comedy comes from truth.

Adding: "And if there’s one thing that I always strive to be, it’s genuine."

Kim also revealed in Thursday, June 3rd’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians why her and ex-husband Kanye West called it quits.

Khloe said in a confessional: “Kim is dealing with so much right now. And it’s tough because right before we got here, Kim and Kanye got into this huge fight.”

A clip is then played of Kim sobbing on the bed next to sister Kylie Jenner, as she said: “I can’t do this anymore. I can’t.

"How am I still in this place where I’m stuck for years? Like he goes and moves to a different state every year."

The mother of four continued: "And I have to be in a place where I’m together for the kids.

"And he’s an amazing dad. And he’s done an amazing job."

She continued: "I think he deserves someone that can support his every move and go to Wyoming to be with him and follow him everywhere.

"He deserves a wife who travels with him and is there for everything. I feel like a f**king failure."

As Kim continued to break down, Kylie began to cry next to her older sister.

The Sun also exclusively revealed back in February that the couple’s last straw was when they could not agree about a summer vacation destination.

A source told The Sun: "Friends have been told that the final straw came when Kim and Kanye were making family summer plans and they couldn't agree."

The source continued: "What seemed like nothing more than a simple conversation over dates and locations escalated, and sadly it turned into a huge blowout argument.

"The final fight that ended their marriage was over nothing more than summer plans.

"It was one blowout fight that wasn’t even that serious and it pushed Kim over the edge.

"Kim was just fed up with the endless conflict and finally called it quits."

'RUN BACK TO ME'

Kanye begged Kim to get back together at the Drake concert.

Ye repeatedly rapped: “I need you to run right back to me” before adding: “More specifically, Kimberly.”

It sent the crowd wild as they screamed with excitement.

But it's unlikely to have had the same reaction from Kim who was in the audience.

She was last week fuming at the rapper's claim they'll get back together – despite moving on with Pete .

In a now deleted video to his Instagram, Kanye insisted his family will get "back together".

In the dramatic video, Kanye can be heard performing a spoken word piece for Thanksgiving where he admits his "misactions" and how he wants his wife back.

The 'Thanksgiving Prayer' video shows a choir dressed in hoodies in a dimly lit warehouse, as Kanye's voice booms over the images.

"All I think about every day is how I get my family back together and how I heal the pain that I've caused," he said in the prayer.

"I take accountability for my actions. New word alert: misactions. The one thing that all my successes and failures have in common is me."

Kanye also admitted that coming off his medication for bipolar disorder "left me susceptible to other episodes, which my wife and family and fans have had to endure."

Despite Kanye's emotion in the prayer, Kim is reportedly angry with the rapper because he has not expressed any of these things to her behind closed doors.
