Kerry Katona shows off her incredible body transformation and reveals new pink hair
The 38-year-old reality star thanked weight loss program Skinny Revolution, which was founded by her pal Ampika Pickston, for helping her snap back into shape following the festive season.
In a side-by-side snap, Kerry posed first in a blue bikini on the left pre-weight loss and then in her racy grey underwear on the right.
Captioning the shot, she wrote: "First Monday of 2019, who else is feeling fabulous?
"A huge thank you to the team at @skinnyrevolutionuk for helping me get back on track with my weight goals and fitness.
Adding: "Since starting @skinnyrevolutionuk, I've lost weight, my confidence towards my dietary choices has increased massively and I have high energy 24/7… as you can probably tell from my daily stories to you ??.
"I never thought losing weight would be so simple! Who else is wanting to feel amazing on the inside and outside this year? Don’t wait for tomorrow, start today!"
She concluded: "This is our year girls! Happy Monday! #weightloss #2019goals #loseweight #realresultsrealpeople".
Last year, she lost an incredible two stone in just six weeks by injecting protein into her stomach.
At the time, she confirmed that she'd signed up to a £250-a-month slimming plan devised by close pal Ampika.
Along with a meal plan, Skinny Revolution includes daily injections of a protein-based hormone that acts as an appetite suppressant.
Those on the diet are advised to have the jabs for two to three weeks.
Her fitness transformation comes after she debut her newly-dyed pink hair in London yesterday.
The TV star was clad in a pair of grey plaid trousers as she filmed Celebs go Dating with Mel B's sister Danielle Brown.
She teamed her stylish trousers with a stomach-grazing white crop top that teased at her stomach and featured a matching plaid bow around the neckline.
Kerry wrapped up in a white padded jacket for the shoot and made sure her curly vibrant pink coif drew attention with diamante "Dripping Feelings" hair slides.
The mother-of-four complemented her pink 'do with matching pink eyeshadow and a nude glossy lip.
Kerry's new hair appeared to take inspiration from her role of one of the Wicked Sisters in Cinderella in Northwich, Cheshire, where she sported a bright pink wig.
Earlier this week, Kerry spoke out about her difficulty adjusting to normal life again after appearing in pantomime over the festive period.
Sharing a make-up free picture of herself half raising a smile on Instagram on Saturday, Kerry wrote: "Not gonna lie… struggling to adapt back to reality after Panto!!
"My hoover is broke, my heating isn't working and can't find my mojo. Mental health is a f**ker."
Kerry has been opened about her troubles in the past which have included taking drugs and depression.
But she seemed upbeat towards the end of last year, telling fans how much she had enjoyed doing pantomime.
She wrote online: "So sad that Panto is coming to an end."
