The former glamour model shared the cute photo with her 2.1 million followers and gushed over her eldest child, who turned 18 last month.
The photo showed Harvey grinning happily as he rested on his mother's chest.
Katie, 42, sported long blonde hair and a flashy gold chain as she gazed into the camera while holding her beloved son.
