Kate Beckinsale looks seriously glamorous in a metallic dress after hospital dash

The actress, 45, passed out in the South African heat while filming new TV series The Widow.

She revealed: “I just keeled over into this very nice, huge actor, which was lucky. Friend for life!”

The drama followed a hospital dash for a burst ovarian cyst at the end of January.

Kate goes glam and poses with a glass of fizz for the spring issue of DuJour magazine.

Glad to see she’s got her sparkle back.
