BBC Breakfast host Jon Kay couldn't resist urging his co-star Gethin Jones to 'have a shower' live on air.
Monday morning's edition of the breakfast show took a slightly awkward but funny turn.
Hosts Jon Kay and Nina Warhurst fronted the programme as they welcomed former Strictly Come Dancing stars on the show.
It was then via a segment to Morning Live, with Gethin Jones and Kym Marsh, the presenters spoke to their fellow hosts about the Strictly final.
Nina said: "Quick question guys, did you enjoy the Strictly final?"
Kym, who was a contestant this year on the dancing competition, said: "Absolutely loved it, it was nail biting. Absolutely loved it."

She then added: "I'm still very tanned as you can see," referring to the spray tans the Strictly contestants have while on the show.
The four TV hosts couldn't stop laughing and chatted away before Nina asked: "How long does the tan take to wear off, Gethin?"
Bursting out laughing, the four TV hosts chortled away before Nina chimed in once again.
The Welsh TV presenter found this funny and so did Kym.

He then jokingly said: "Mine's still on from 2007,"
Then Jon chimed in and quipped: "Have a shower!"
In response, Gethin said: "Good advice, thanks Jon," before raising his cup of coffee.
