JENNIFER Lopez showed off her six-pack abs after challenging fiance Alex Rodriguez to a dance off – and he nails the moves.

The singer, 50, displayed her trademark dance moves as she moved to her song, Dance Again.

However, ARod proved he'd picked up a thing or two from JLo, by matching her moves perfectly.

JLo wore a white gym crop top with tracksuit bottoms, while the former baseball player donned a fleece over a T-shirt.

Jennifer captioned the video: "How could I not challenge @arod to the #WorldOfDanceAgain Challenge ???. Machos got moves!!!! ???? You wont want to miss tonight’s episode of @nbcworldofdance because he may just steal the show. ♥️ #worldofdance"

Fans were impressed by Alex's moves, with one person saying: "I think Alex is the best of this challenge"

Another added: "HES GOT THE MOVES?"

JLo is no stranger to setting pulses racing with her toned body.

Last week, the 50-year-old singer stood in front of a mirror with her derriere on full display as she turned her body to look over her shoulder.

She stunned in the body hugging pants from the activewear company she partners with, Niyama Sol.

The clothing brand had the best form of advertising when the Hustlers actress showed off the $92 Pink Paradise high waisted leggings.

Hot air balloons are printed on the rear portion of the pants in the the picture snapped in front of a full bathtub.

Jenny from the block paired the sexy bottoms with a pink sports bra that flaunted her toned tummy.

The Let’s Get Loud songstress wore natural makeup and a pulled-back ponytail with large hoop earrings.

“Back at it and ready for the weekend,” she captioned the shot.

She took the bathroom selfie with her black iPhone on Friday and shared it with her staggering 124 million followers.
