Jeremy Clarkson, 60, was desperate for Heather to win big as she had set her safety net at £125,000. The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire contestant got off to a flying start, working her way through the questions at pace. So much so, that by the time she got to £64,000, things became a little trickier for her. With lifelines spare, she decided to ask the audience of the ITV quiz show for their take on a rather complex question. However, the host was left sorely disappointed with their response.

The question at hand was: “The city of Lübeck is renowned for making which product that was awarded EU protected status in 1996?”

Possible answers included Nougat, Butterscotch, Marzipan and Praline to which Heather said she had “no idea” what to even guess.

Asking the audience for their help, the result seemed inconclusive, with 29 percent opting for option A, 11 percent for option B and 30 percent for both C and D.

Looking at the response, Jeremy was less than impressed with the audience’s feedback, snarling: “Oh for heaven’s sake – that’s really irritating, isn’t it?”

Unfortunately, he didn’t know the answer either when the player used another one of her lifelines, meaning she decided to take the money she already had and miss out on the £125,000.
