Jenelle Evans and David Eason Reportedly Received a Suspicious Package at Their Home

Jenelle Evans and David Eason have gotten a lot of backlash lately. They reportedly were even dealing with a potential threat that came through the mail the same day they lost custody of one of their children. What happened? Here is everything that is currently being reported.

David Eason reportedly admitted to killing Jenelle Evans’ dog

Jenelle Evans sadly announced in an Instagram post that her dog, Nugget died. It was later reported that Eason allegedly shot the dog.

Eason made an Instagram video to defend himself saying Nugget snapped at their 2-year-old daughter Ensley. “I dont [sic] give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face,” he said according to Us Weekly. “Whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont [sic] put up with that sh*t at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes [sic] mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me.”

Evans was later fired from Teen Mom 2. An investigation was opened on Eason for alleged animal cruelty. They then lost custody of their children.

They temporarily lost custody of their children

The married couple’s children were then removed from their home. The first to be removed was Kaiser who Evans had with ex, Nathan Griffith. Griffith reportedly requested a wellness check on his son after the dog incident.

Their other child Ensley was later removed as well and began staying with Eason’s mother. Evans’ son, Jace was also staying with her mother, Barbara and Eason’s daughter, Maryssa will be under the custody of her mother, Whitney Johnson.

The parents then went to court to fight for custody of their children. The judge ultimately ruled that they have temporarily lost custody of them. They have to go through drug testing, parenting classes, counseling, and weekly drug testing, according to the court. Eason and Evans get one visit
a week that will last an hour under supervision.

Barbara Evans confirmed that she has custody of Jace and Ensley. “Of course I would like for Jenelle to get them all back eventually, but certain things have to happen first,” she said according to E! News.
