Jade Goody’s mum says Big Brother star had spliff in her mouth when she was five’

It’s been 10 years since arguably the most famous Big Brother star – Jade Goody – died.

The reality TV favourite, who found fame on Big Brother in 2002, was just 27 years old when she died of cervical cancer.

A new three-part-film, Jade: The Reality Star Who Changed Britain, starts tonight at Channel 4 and examines the late star’s life.

Mum Jackiey will be appearing on the programme to discuss mum-of-two Jade’s troubled upbringing.

In the documentary, Jackiey admitted her drug addiction left her daughter “vulnerable” as a child.

She shockingly revealed she had taught Jade to “roll cannabis cigarettes” by the age of five.

She divulged: “Five years old there was a photo of her with a spliff in her mouth smoking it. I’m not proud of it.”

This happened after a motorcycle accident, which had left Jackiey unable to use her left arm, therefore, she turned to Jade to help aid her fix.

Jackiey admitted that her drug addiction led to the roles being reversed between her and Jade, seeing her daughter becoming the parent.

She explained: “Jade was MY mum. At five years old Jade was ironing and changing plugs, there was no one helping us, no social services.”

Jackiey’s drug addiction extended to her taking crack cocaine.

She revealed her historic battle with drugs led to her and Jade having a physical fight.

Jackiey said: “We had one physical fight. That was down to me being a crackhead.

“I’ve never ever had drugs until I started at 45 years old. Stupid. I was on crack. I was the guiltiest person ever at that specific time.”

Jackiey added: “Her fear of losing me because of drugs was unreal. Her dad was a drug addict. Jade never took drugs.”
