I’m A Celeb’s Nadine Coyle says she isn’t bothered by Girls Aloud’s Bushtucker Trial plot – The Sun

GIRLS Aloud star Nadine Coyle says she is not bothered that her former bandmates were voting for her to take part in the Bush Tucker trials.

The Sun told how her former pals – Cheryl Tweedy, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh – had been swapping messages about her having to do the gruesome challenges.

But when asked how the news that they had been plotting against her while she was in Australia, Nadine said: “That’s the show, isn’t it. You have to do trials. You have to go and do it for camp, and it’s amazingly how serious you take it.

“You think, ‘I’m not having these people starve on my watch, it’s not happening. It’s part of the game.”

Nadine, who narrowly missed out on a place in the final four after being evicted alongside Caitlyn Jenner, admitted in the jungle that she had the hots for co-host Declan Donnelly.

And during one trial viewers thought that she was flirting with the married star, but she says she was not.

She said: “I don’t know how you flirt, but that is not how I flirt. I would’ve spruced myself up before then!

“Dec has a lovely baby. They’re lovely guys.”

Nadine, who split from long-term boyfriend Jason Bell earlier this year, was one of two single stars in the series alongside Myles Stephenson.

But she ruled out a Katie Price and Peter Andre style romance, saying everyone felt “gross” due to a lack of washing and clean clothes.

She said: “It is just not the kind of place you want to meet somebody. Everybody is just disgusting. Gross. You are not your best version of yourself and if there’s any suggestion you would be like, stay away.”
