Holly Willoughby’s replacement for ITV show unveiled after presenter steps down from role

Holly Willoughby, 39, was a team captain on Celebrity Juice from 2008 to 2020, leaving Keith Lemon, 47, as the only original star left on the ITV show since it began over 12 years ago. As the hit comedy programme isn’t going to be ending anytime soon, bosses have drafted in two of the network’s most beloved presenters to replace the This Morning star. The new team captains will be former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! contestant Emily Atack, 30, and Love Island host Laura Whitmore, 35, when the show returns to screens later this year.

Taking to Instagram, host of Celebrity Juice Keith posted a picture of him and the new team captains in view of his 1.7 million followers.

The comedian wrote: “All new @celebjuiceofficial on the telly Autumn on @itv2 with new team captains my pals @thewhitmore and @emilyatackofficial can’t wait!”

Emily also shared the post in view of her 1.7 million followers and added of the announcement: “It’s happening kids!!!

“New Celeb Juice coming soon. Cannot believe I’m team captain alongside my wonderful pal @thewhitmore .. dream job or what hey!? Bring on the lols @celebjuiceofficial @keithlemon.”

Laura reiterated her co-star’s sentiment as she commented on the news in view of her 1.2 million followers: “So excited to be the new team captain with my gal @emilyatackofficial All new @celebjuiceofficial coming this autumn. Dream job! Bring it on @keithlemon.”
