Holly Willoughby ‘fuels Phillip Schofield split rumours’ after more a decade
Holly Willoughby has fuelled rumours of a split from working with her so-called television husband Phillip Schofield after spending 11 years of their career together.
The This Morning beauty has kickstarted a major change in the way she works, leaving the showbiz agency YMU that she and Phillip were both a part of last week.
Instead, the 39-year-old will now manage herself vie her own company Roxy Management.
On top of that, she will reportedly be surrounded by an all-female team including a personal assistant, a publicist and an accountant.
But, according to Mirror Online, Holly has no plans to leave This Morning and still enjoys working with her close friend Phil.
A TV source told the publication: "Holly loves This Morning, she loves Phil and has no plans to leave."
It's thought that her move from her previous agency to her own will give her more control over decision making when it comes to her career.
She has also been trying to find a better work/life balance to spend more time with her children Harry, 11, Belle, nine, and Chester, five.
At the time of her leaving her former management company, a source told The Sun: "She is really excited about managing herself and having more say over decisions on a day-to-day basis.
"She has always had such incredible business sense and is proud to be a working mum and career woman.
"She has been after a better work-life balance for a while and thinks this is the ideal next step."

It's expected that Holly will return to This Morning in September, alongside Phil, after their annual summer breaks.
However the show was hit by rumours of a presenter shake-up earlier this year when it was reported that ITV bosses were aiming to introduce a non-white host.
Over the summer, while Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have presented throughout the week, a number of guest hosts have stood in on a Friday.
They have included Rochelle Humes, Alison Hammond and Ore Oduba, among others.
According to The Mail on Sunday, This Morning editor Martin Frizell told staff that they were "looking into" the lack of diversity in terms of presenters.
And while there was no suggestion that either Holly or Phil would be replaced, it certainly started the rumour mill whirring.
