Holly and Phillip vent at This Morning guest for ignoring competition rules
Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were yet again forced to hang up on a This Morning guest live on air on Monday morning.
Once again, their new game Spin to Win sparked trouble for the presenters as viewers continued to break the rules.
Holly and Phil warn fans every morning that not following the competition rules correctly will cost them their chance of winning a prize.
Spin to Win allows contestants to call in with a code word, and if they correctly answer a question they can spin the wheel and win a prize.
From cash to holidays, there's all sorts up for grabs.
However, the viewer calling in to play must answer the phone with a particular code word.
If they say "hello" or any other word then they miss out, with the hosts repeating this every day.
Yet again on Monday, a caller named Steve answered his phone saying "hello".
Straight away, Holly and Phil called Steve out and demanded he hang up.
Phil had just said: "It has to be the first thing you say when you pick up the phone, so do not say 'hello' cos we just hang up."
Holly shouted: "Hang up Steve. Don't say hello. Steve we had one rule, we said it very, very clearly and you said hello. Very disappointed in Steve."
Phillip was heard echoing behind her: "Oh, Steve! Right, next one."
Luckily, the next caller got the rules spot on and answered with the much needed code.
She went on to win £1,000 in cash to spend, and Holly and Phil couldn't help rub it in to poor Steve.
Phil said to the camera: "Steve, that could have all been yours."
Holly laughed this off, before adding: "Poor Steve, he's having a really bad day."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
