Gene Kelly’s widow reveals adorable note he left on wedding day ‘This is it, you’re stuck’
This Morning hosts were thrilled to be joined by Gene Kelly’s widow Patricia as she showed off some of his personal belongings and spoke about their first meeting. Amongst the items was a personal note left for Patricia on their wedding day.
Host Ruth Langsford asked: “You must miss him terribly, he dies in 1996 and you’re still single.
“That says something about the man I presume.”
“Well, it’s as I said earlier, it’s a hard act to follow,” Patricia replied.
“He’s so present. He’s really there all the time.”
