Gemma Collins suffers nasty Dancing On Ice rehearsal fall and can’t get back up
Gemma Collins has suffered a nasty fall in dress rehearsals just hours before tonight’s Dancing On Ice live show.
The TOWIE star, who was wearing a leopard print outfit, was sent tumbling onto the ice.
Gemma, 38, crashed down onto her bum after losing her footing while spinning around in a tricky move.
She also dragged down professional skating partner Matt Evers, who had a massive grin on his face.
Gemma managed to see the funny side and was also laughing – but struggled to get back up onto her feet.
Matt stood up but Gemma could not get back on her skates and fell forward onto her front.
While laughing Matt was pulled down onto his back with his legs flailing in the air.
The pair were left in fits of giggles and look determined not to let the fall ruin their live performance.
Dancing On Ice tweeted: "REHEARSAL CAM: @missgemcollins and @TheMattEvers definitely won’t be giving up any time soon. They’re survivors after all…"
Dancing On Ice fans took to Twitter to praise Gemma – with some fearing it may happen again.
One viewer said: "Awww bless , still laughing.. good luck later !!"
Another added: "They are having a laugh and this is what I love about these 2"
A third warned: "She’ll do the same thing come show time"
It seems that Gemma was unsuccessful in cleansing the studio of ‘bad vibes’.
Before tonight’s live show, Gemma got a shaman into the studio to ward off evil spirits.
In a video posted on the show’s Twitter page, Gemma can be seen taking part in a cleansing ritual with shamanic practitioner and healer Sue Holmes.
But some viewers blasted her for taking over Dancing On Ice with another ‘publicity stunt’.
*Dancing On Ice airs Sundays on ITV at 6pm
