Family Diaries first look sees Billie bemused as Greg offers to sing Queen during Margot labour
The Family Diaries has released a first look at their Baby No 3 special this Sunday on 5th February.
The upcoming special episode looks at the Shepherds preparing to welcome baby Margot and her adorable arrival – she was born in December 2022.
It will also see the couple prepare daughter Nelly, eight, and son Arthur, five, for when their new sibling arrives, as well as them nesting and getting their home ready.
And in an exclusive clip obtained by OK!, it sees Billie and Greg Shepherd meet with their midwife as they look at what position Margot is in – as she had been breech previously prior to her birth in December.
After listing birthing options if Margot continued to be in the breech position, including an elective caesarean, Billie, 33, said in a VT: "I've always been really open minded with my birth plans and just you know, what will be will be.
"But I am secretly deep down just really hoping and praying that this baby is going to turn!"
The midwife then examined and listened to Margot as she revealed that the baby is still in the same spot, adding: "You and the baby are both perfect, just he or she is upside down!"
Speaking in a VT, Billie admitted: "It is a little bit disheartening finding out that the baby is still breech, just because I was really hoping the baby would have turned!"
The midwife then showed a visual of the way Margot is positioned and went through what would happen if she picked an elective caesarean.
The medical professional admitted it can feel "scary" having lots of people in the room but added: "Greg would be right next to you, like this, with your scrubs on…
"Because it's planned and not an emergency, you can plan things in advance so you can say: 'I'd like to play my favourite song or my wedding song…' when the baby is born."
To which Greg started hilariously singing Queen's I Want To Break Free, with Billie pointing out: "That wasn't our wedding song!"
Speaking in a VT, she added: "I don't know if I like the idea of you singing as I am in labour, can you imagine? That would drive me insane!"
Billie welcomed her third child, baby daughter Margot, on Friday 2 December and announced the news in a gorgeous post at the time.
The former TOWIE star and Greg said in a joint post: "Welcome to the world our beautiful baby girl."
"We are so in love with our precious little darling," the doting parents added.
It comes as Billie told us recently that doctors were convinced she would have a C-section with Margot but she was determined to push her out.
