Emmerdale’s Rhona Goskirk will murder rapist Pierce Harris after discovering he killed Graham, hints Jonathan Wrather – The Sun

EMMERDALE's Rhona Goskirk will kill rapist Pierce Harris when she discovers he is back, actor Jonathan Wrather has hinted.

The actor – who plays Pierce in the ITV soap – made a return last night as the character murdered Rhona's partner Graham Foster.

They had a brutal and bloody fight leaving them both exhausted and beaten.

But it was the rapist who came out on top, landing a killer blow with a torch onto Graham's head.

But with the vet unaware that her former husband is back, she will be left devastated next week when Graham's body is found.

It isn't yet known who Rhona will blame for Graham's murder as the police launch an investigation but if she learns the truth – Pierce could be a goner.

Jonathan told The Sun Online: "That’s the thing – would she get revenge? Has she got it in her?

"She’s feisty and she doesn’t stand for anything. She could get some ingenious revenge – or she could be terrified.
"It will be terrifying without doubt that Pierce is out and what’s he going to do? The effect it has on her can go a number of different ways and we will see that.

"Certainly she reacts in a way that we don’t know what she is capable of."

And he revealed that Pierce thinks he is saving Rhona from Graham with his actions.

He said: "He has a logic to what he has done. He is on a crusade. He has a sociopath or psychopath way of absolving oneself from the reality – he’s very good at that.

"He rescues Rhona – if a few people take a hit, so be it. He is fixated on her. It’s the least he can do given their past, that’s his main focus."
