Emmerdale’s Kim Tate shoots mystery intruder as paranoia reaches boiling point

Emmerdale fans are set to see a bit of a bloodbath next week when Kim Tate (Claire King) shoots a Home Farm intruder.

Recently viewers have seen her health deteriorating because of what she believes is dementia – however omniscient fans know someone is drugging her.

Next week, Emmerdale spoilers reveal things take a major turn for the worse after things reach a boiling point for Kim.

As the week opens up, Kim takes out her worry on Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham), who seethes to Noah (Jack Downham) that she won't be pushed around any more.

Kim later comes across a mutinous Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) and Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) at the HOP.

She manages to get them to go away, but is left thrown when she sees the security footage of Gabby threatening revenge from earlier.

Back at Home Farm, Will (Dean Andrews) tries to check in on Kim, but in her paranoid state she becomes more suspicious.

She sends him packing and locks the door behind him.

However as she sits alone, drinking the drugged brandy, Kim keeps on hearing phantom intruders and reaches for a shotgun to protect herself.

But when Dawn hears Jamie threaten revenge on his own mother, she's unsettled that he seems to be just like Kim.

She goes to speak to her dad Will at Woodbine, completely at her wit's end with Kim.
