Emmerdale’s Harriet ‘for shock exit as she’s crushed by coffin’

Harriet Finch's life appears to be in danger as she finally crosses paths with Will Taylor in upcoming Emmerdale scenes.

Still furious that she helped send him to prison for 15 years, Will is back with a vengeance – and it isn't long before Harriet discovers the extent of his revenge plot.

A day earlier, Dawn Taylor loyally lies to Harriet and protects her father, claiming he hasn't been in contact, despite knowing that he's the one who has been terrorising her.

However, she realises how far things have escalated when she spots a box of funeral service leaflets celebrating Harriet's life while back at Woodbine.

Could Will's plans for Harriet really be that sinister?

Hours before his sinister meeting with Harriet, Will is seen getting into a bust up with his daughter Dawn, where he aggressively pushes her to the floor.

However, Dawn's attempts to stop her father are to no avail, and Harriet is forced to step in when she discovers her injuries, locking her in her home to protect her.

While she bravely marches off to the church, she's not prepared for what she comes across when she gets there…

A furious Will can't contain himself when he sees her, grabbing a coffin and crushing her with it.

Harriet screams under the weight of the heavy wooden casket, but will she die, or will somebody come to her rescue?

Dawn is shown desperately trying to escape the house and run to Harriet's aid, but it remains to be seen whether she'll get there in time.
