EastEnders are yet to confirm whether Sharon discovers that the real culprit is sneaky Ian Beale, and fans will have to tune in to see whether she learns the truth. 

Viewers will be aware that Sharon currently thinks that Phil is behind her son’s death.

And the grieving mother is set to launch at him in a rage next week after he returns for Dennis’s funeral. 

In the upcoming scenes, Sharon loses it when she sees Phil lurking in the shadows, and later flies at him in an explosive showdown.

Things escalate rapidly, and Ian ends up ringing the police in a desperate attempt to stop their feud. 

Could Phil end up butchered by Sharon while Ian – the real culprit – walks away scot-free?

Why hasn’t Sharon heard Denny’s voicemail in EastEnders?

EastEnders fans have been waiting with bated breath for Sharon to listen to Denny’s voicemail and discover that Ian is to blame for her son’s death ever since the boat crash. 

But viewers were left hanging without an explanation as to why Sharon never received it. 

One fan tweeted: “Why hasn’t Sharon checked her voicemail yet?? Denny left her a message telling her what Ian did? #EastEnders.”

Another added: “How has Sharon forgotten her recently dead sons voice and not listened to the incriminating voicemail he left before he died? #EastEnders #GriefHoodie.”

Fans were then confused further when the message ended up on the Arches’ phone, which would explain why Sharon hadn’t listened to it. 

One fan said: “How on earth does Dennis’ voicemail to Sharon ends up on the Archers phone?? He didn’t have his own phone with him??”

Does anyone know that Ian is Denny’s killer in EastEnders?

Fans were stunned when Dotty was the one to stumble upon Dennis’s voicemail on the Arches’ phone after Shirley told her the business was closing. 

In an attempt to get the clients for herself, Dotty started tampering with the phone and was stunned to come across the evidence proving Ian killed Dennis. 

Making the most of the twisted situation, Dotty then blackmailed Ian into giving her the keys to the Arches in exchange for her silence.
