Do Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have biological kids?

Angelina and Brad share six children – five of which are minors – including Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 12.

Their biological children include fraternal twins Vivienne and Knox and daughter Shiloh.

Vivienne and Knox were born 12 July 2008, and Shiloh was born in 2006.

When the twins were born, the first photos of them were sold for a whopping US$14 million, the most expensive celebrity photos ever taken.

From a young age, Jolie says that Shiloh "wanted to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair," she told Vanity Fair in 2010. "She likes to wear boys' everything. She thinks she's one of the brothers."

Back in 2008, Pitt told Oprah: "She only wants to be called John. John or Peter."

Did Angelina Jolie have children before marrying Brad?

Maddox and Zahara were adopted from orphanages in Cambodia and Ethiopia by Angelina before she began welcoming children into their family with Brad.

Angelina and her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton adopted her oldest child, Maddox Chivan in 2002.

The pair took in Maddox after finding him in a Cambodian orphanage, but the adoption process took a while due to US government legislation.

Three years after welcoming Maddox into her family, Angelina adopted six-month-old Ethiopian orphan Zahara Marley.

Former power couple Brangelina decided to adopt another child, Pax Thien, in 2007.

After Jolie took on the role of mother for the orphan from Vietnam, Brad later applied to be Pax’s dad when the pair returned to the US.

Brad and Angelina's split followed an incident on a plane when Brad allegedly lost control of himself and clashed with son Maddox.

Following a review, the FBI and Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family cleared the actor of any wrongdoing.

Who has custody of the children?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly been awarded joint custody of their five kids.

The decision comes after the Hollywood exes have been duking it out in a nasty custody battle over the last five years.

A source told Page Six: “There was a significant change made in the custody agreements based on an extremely detailed decision made by the judge.

“Brad was just trying to have more time with his kids – and it has been clear that Angie has done everything possible to prevent this.”

The insider added: “This trial lasted for several months and there were a f*** ton of witnesses, experts, therapists and other people who have been with the kids and around them, and the decision was based on this."

A source told DailyMail.com that Brad "is so relieved," adding that "his only intention is to spend more time with the kids."

Us Weekly previously reported that 19-year-old Maddox appeared to take Angelina's side as he spoke during their lengthy custody battle.
